History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Arava was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Arava's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
