Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.

Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He wears his blonde hair up in a very large beehive style do. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Bagga will drive conversation. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Gardener kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: He has a missing right arm. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a grey suit, pastel shirt, and white tie. He sports a flattop hair cut. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Adelard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Adelard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he wants revenge against orcs

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Mercenary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mercenary work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a white coat. He has a very tight haircut. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Golm enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Golm grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is his passion

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Nurkara never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
Motivation: Money/treasure.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: Chenna was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
