Description: This western man wears a grey vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His violet leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his grey boots flare out at the collars. His clothes are grease stained in places. His black hair is thinning but still full. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Barendd was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. During his travels, Barendd and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Barendd discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Barendd fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Artin was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: Spring was born with his father's beautiful face. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Bather kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and seeks redemption

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Tiefling, and stands approximately 5'11". She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty black coat over it, and her gloved hand is found clutching a bow. Her hair is purple and curly. This white eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: She was raised by priests from a young age. When Sorath reached her early adolescence her Tiefling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: Furrele was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and further expansion of business

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Barbena was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
