History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Balimaar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
