She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: Gifted from a young age, Ielenia studied abroad. Her parents enrolled her in a Barbarian school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. The war was a terrible time for him, and Travok does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Travok was born with his mother's beautiful face. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he feels kind of lost in life

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She was born in a small forest village. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. She bought a sai and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Personality: Dara wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Adept, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Blacksmith. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
