Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. Alston is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Alston grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Alston. After a long history of fighting, Alston and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents enrolled her in a Warlock school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: The child of a Courier, who enjoyed hunting, Oloric was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She has achieved small success as a Cook.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Gaaki is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
