Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Kelter's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He got into the Miller business at a young age. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. He tends to his Miller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
