Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His hair is cut close to his head. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Nordak was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Nordak alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

His white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: He was born into a rich family. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Helja was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. After a long history of fighting, Helja and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Lidda was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Lidda decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. At a young age his father died while driving off some illithids. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in monstrous two handed axe use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Morgran was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
