Description: The dark-skinned man stands 4'1" and is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born in a small mountains village. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a scimitar on his belt. His black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: Frug is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barrister and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: He is dressed in an above average manner, and he perpetually has his halberd ready. His yellow fur is thinning but still full. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: Tree was born with his mother's beautiful face. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tree fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and his religion dominates his actions

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Her chestnut hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Tanner business.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Merla grew up listening to her father's many stories. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Donella grew up listening to her father's many stories. She found a children's book about a Gnome Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break.
