History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Finellen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Beggar arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of illithids
