Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is obsessed with his god.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: He got into the Locksmith business at a young age. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Locksmith. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Raam fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Kody abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Pikar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and someone believes him a fraud
