Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. The war was a terrible time for him, and Oskar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son.
