Personality: Hatae is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Carpenter but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Hatae was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
