Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He became a Spice Merchant soon after.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Adelard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When Adelard reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

History: Urshar lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Beggar they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Junk Dealer, and she later adopted a second son.
Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is a Guard first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Lance was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Lance decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he's looking for his big break
