Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Laucian took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up warhammer and armor he uses now. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Two Llamas was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she's looking for her big break

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Ethereal was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: Merla was born the youngest of three triplets. Her parents enrolled her in a Druid school at a young age so that she could practice her arcane talents. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Gardener job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
