History: Born to a Ploughman, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A gifted student he started as a Ploughman, but he got bored and became a Herbalist. He struck the Herbalist job and began his own company from there.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Burto's homeland. Burto decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Burto fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Sweet was born with her mother's beautiful face. She dropped out of school to support her sick mother, and resented it. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Orc activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Orc doctor. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
