Description: She wears a blue shirt with thin black vertical stripes and tan pants. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. She wears her white hair up. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Veloptima embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.
History: She is a Lycanthrope in disguise. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Veloptima took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sai and armor she uses now. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: Mamnen speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and retire the richest man in the south

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her skin is flawless and her blue eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Emmeline was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Emmeline's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His red hair is braided into rings. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes goblins are coming to abduct people. The war was a terrible time for him, and Uraim does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Uraim alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Uraim was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.
History: Valanthe was born with her mother's beautiful face. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying north to reunite her family. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
Motivation: Revenge; and someone believes her a fraud
