Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat, and is pretty ugly. She has done her best to style her golden hair to look like a famous performer. Her eyes are gray and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Cora lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She dropped out of school to support her sick mother, and resented it. After a long history of fighting, Cora and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and doesn't want to be a beggar and was forced into it by her family

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His chestnut hair is heavily combed to the left. He is baby faced.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his youth he was a Stableman, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He bought a bow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ubada grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ubada. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was born in the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's in love; and to settle down with his crush

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a blue coat. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Blacksmith but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her white hair is knotted and matted. Her blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She is a Lamia in disguise. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and seeks redemption

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Erky fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
