Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep pastel leather and dull brown iron scale mail. Her fur is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep copper.
Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Shivering was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Tailor. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and sabotage a competitor

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He dresses in grey turtlenecks beneath a black coat with green slacks. He wears his red hair down. His amber eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: The child of a Map Maker, who enjoyed hunting, Brottor was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Brottor took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up glaive and armor he uses now. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bellfounder and was forced into it by his family; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: Wants a kiss; and he is content

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

Description: He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He carries a battered sickle and tarnished crossbow as well. He has a brown handlebar mustache and slicked back brown hair. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. A true patriot, Lewis would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Born to a Jeweler, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lewis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Gimurt's homeland. Gimurt decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a sickle, but if one is not available he will default to his whip. He carries a battered sickle and tarnished whip as well. His hair is golden, silky, and of moderate length. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Amûg hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Amûg was born with his mother's beautiful face. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Amûg was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.
Motivation: He wants revenge against orcs; and someone believes him a fraud

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Eridred alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
