History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Maynild grew up listening to her father's many stories. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Layabout. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Balam embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and wants to work out more often

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Purson and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and doesn't want to be a butcher and was forced into it by his family

Personality: This woman loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. She is a great chef.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Butcher they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Sage, and she later adopted a second daughter.
