Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Simon lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
