One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Shaena took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up lance and armor she uses now. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was born in a small island village. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dragonborns in Ruloth's homeland. Ruloth decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Gilbert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vaina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
