History: Born in the west to a Detective, Flame learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She took after her father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting orcs, the young Flame began to lead the lost caravan. She's also a talented Soapmaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. After a long history of fighting, Jaxi and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Healer mother left him crippled. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Healer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has never given up on his painting dream.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Abad fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
