History: Salanop was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Salanop alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Spice Merchant for hire.

She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
