He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Mortician mother left him crippled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Osco lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
