History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Habor fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has never given up on her singing dream.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Sindri alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born in the east. She worked as a nervous Performer and found it very stressful. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Performer responsibilities is difficult; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: He was born in a small plains village. He found a children's book about a Halfling Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and dragonborn compassion

History: Gifted from a young age, Peren studied abroad. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with her Navigator father left her crippled. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
