History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her childhood dream was to be a Healer, but she was a colossal failure. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Miner for hire.

Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. History: Gifted from a young age, Flame studied abroad. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tabaxi conditions. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
