History: Born in the south to a Weaver, Hirrathak learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Mason business.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Erias was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Erias fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the west. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the south. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Bardryn never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: Nykkan is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he is greedy

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her first spouse was a Beggar, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and doesn't want to be a baker and was forced into it by her family

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.
