Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Anselm grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Puyet grew up listening to her father's many stories. She worked as a nervous Fortune-teller and found it very stressful.
