She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the east were limited. After a long history of fighting, Meriele and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Kilia was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
