Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, and is pretty ugly. Her hair is silver and curly. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: Philomena hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her painting career. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Philomena was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.

Description: With tan face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a red costume with the symbols of strength on his torso. He has styled his white hair well, parting it to the right. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. A true patriot, Burto would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: This woman tends to wear a large black jacket. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amethyst on her right hand. Her scarlet crest is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady gold eyes.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. After months of barely getting by, Vezera managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is an amazing painter.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Lilith never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tabaxis.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Shadow grew up listening to his father's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Marshal arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He then took over the family business and is one of the better Marshal for hire.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child.
