History: Alexandre hails from a village terrorized by drow. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Laborer job and began his own company from there.

History: He got into the Dyer business at a young age. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He tends to his Dyer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: She wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat, and carries daggers. Her yellow fur has been sun bleached extensively. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.
History: She was born in a small forest village. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Emerald grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Emerald. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Emerald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the west were limited. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. Ahvain enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Ahvain was born with his mother's beautiful face. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
