Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.
History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Her small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Tenena was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and revenge

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: She got into the Bounty Hunter business at a young age. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: This woman is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing violet cape and mantle trimmed with soft red waves gently in the breeze, and sports empty pouches on her belt. She keeps her chestnut hair in a flapper bob. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'9" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She is well dressed, constantly wearing a violet suit, black shirt, and pastel tie. Her chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. Her eyes are gray.
Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Valanthe was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. A freak accident while working with her Stableman mother left her crippled. During her travels, Valanthe and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Valanthe discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Valanthe fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has worked as a Layabout like his father before him.
