Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Balifra embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born to a Knight, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When Balifra reached her early adolescence her Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Raer is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has all his life been fascinated with dancing.

History: Paelias was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Detective. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Detective for the past few years.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it.

She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was born in the west. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and wants to raise her children well

Description: He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull red iron scale mail. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His brown hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. The war was a terrible time for him, and Sindri does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.
