History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. After a long history of fighting, Nicholas and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: The dark-skinned woman stands 3'10" and is dressed in earthy colors with a grey and green handkerchief worn on her right side. Her red hair is wavy and long. Her green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Torbera grew up listening to her father's many stories. Torbera abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She tends to her Butcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and to be a map maker again

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She's also a talented Soapmaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to be a soapmaker again

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Mardnab was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.
Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and money/treasure

History: Emmeline was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Glassblower. She has worked as a Glassblower like her father before her.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: She was born in a small plains village. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He carries with him a set of scimitars on his belt, each one with a amber on the hilt. His blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Zunn was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Zunn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Williamina was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Williamina's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
