History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Raer never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing grey cape and mantle trimmed with soft white waves gently in the breeze. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Ernest was born the youngest of three triplets. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Priest kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vapula fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hethress grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hethress. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fisher.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he is unsatisfied with his job
