History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Curran hails from a village terrorized by drow. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and to share knowledge with the world

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

Description: He dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a blue coat with yellow slacks. His silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Flak was born with his father's beautiful face. A freak accident while working with his Glassblower father left him crippled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and to unite with his brother

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Sumnes isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ethereal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Mayor. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Mayor soon after.

Motivation: To be a Fletcher again; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is mildly Dragonborn supremacist, though he does not identify as such. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

His grey leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his green boots flare out at the collars. He has styled his silver crest well, parting it to the left. His red eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Kiirith is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Kiirith took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up crossbow and armor he uses now. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
