Personality: He is mildly Dragonborn supremacist, though he does not identify as such. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
