History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Adrik liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Scribe for the past few years.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Nykkan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Orla was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.
