Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Through the years after Quick was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Quick's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Quick and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born in the west. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
