Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Ella lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ella fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Soapmaker work with an outfit from a few towns over.
