History: Kali was born with her father's beautiful face. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He worked as a nervous Armorer and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A freak accident while working with his Mayor father left him crippled. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nirgel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: Melissa hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her dancing career. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Born to a Courier, her father struggled to pay the bills. When Melissa reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She got into the Priest business at a young age. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her first spouse was a Knight, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
