She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: She was born in a small plains village. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Born in the south to a Cartwright, Lone learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lone grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lone. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
