History: Siffress was born with her father's beautiful face. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
