History: He got into the Engraver business at a young age. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. History: She comes from a rich western family. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. After a long history of fighting, Carlin and her spouse have recently divorced.

She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a Mortician, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Fletcher. She has worked as a Fletcher like her mother before her.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. He found a children's book about a Halfling Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: The child of a Guard, who enjoyed hunting, Tordrid was taken on many hunting expeditions. Tordrid liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Serpent was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Sculptor. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
