History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Loopmottin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Being a Roofer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
