Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Bulzo isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Bulzo was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He has achieved small success as a Weaver.
