History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Thodris was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Locksmith. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Merchant and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Dilettante mother left him crippled. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north.
