Description: This man dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: Gifted from a young age, Whurbin studied abroad. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Whurbin took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This woman wears a simple green robe with brown stripes complete with hood. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized aquamarine on her left hand. She keeps her chestnut hair in a pixie cut. Her eyes are likewise silver. Her teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Hecat was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Money/treasure.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Description: She is a pot bellied northern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She sports yellow clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. She is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around her ears. Her hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Theirastra isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Theirastra grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Theirastra. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: Revenge; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. His chestnut hair is cut short. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Crampernap isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. The war was a terrible time for him, and Crampernap does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Crampernap reached his early adolescence his Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
