Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Burgell is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
